About The Position

The IT Support Technician II performs a variety of technical support services related to the installation, operation, repair, and diagnosis of computer equipment and related services. Also provide technical user support assistance, both remote and at the desk side. Assists with projects and special requests as needed.

Requirements

  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science
  • 2-4 years of experience in computer support, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Valid California Driver’s License, automobile, and auto insurance for traveling to remote facilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified as an “A+ Certified Technician” preferred.
  • EPIC Electronic Health Record system knowledge preferred.
