About The Position

CLI is the most advanced 3PL with cutting edge technology and machine learning to keep supply chains running fast and smarter. We are expanding and need driven IT Technician leaders. This role supports the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, Windows Mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc. It involves installing and maintaining hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software, and troubleshooting, installing, and supporting purchased and in-house software. Requirements

1+ years of strong hardware and network connectivity trouble-shooting skills, via phone and remote access.
1-2 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Able to follow directions and work independently.
Ability to interact with end-users, Vendors, and Customer IT departments.
Exceptional customer service skills with experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware related problems.
Excellent organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Supports the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, Windows Mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc.
Installs and maintains hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software.
Installs, maintains, repairs, and supports all IT hardware.
Troubleshoots, installs, and supports purchased and in-house software.
