Tyree Oil is seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Technician / Help Desk Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of hands-on IT support experience and a strong commitment to providing excellent technical assistance to end users. Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly preferred. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, cardlock locations, and user account issues while ensuring timely resolution of support requests. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
