This is a part-time position focused on providing internal technical support to ensure the efficient operation of all IT-related equipment, including computers, laptops, mobile devices, phones, copiers, printers, and AV equipment. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to both internal and external users, ensuring a positive experience. The IT Help Desk Specialist is the primary point of contact for internal IT service requests, queries, and system failure reports, as well as for audio/visual and technical equipment setup and support for meetings and presentations.
