The position involves timely resolution of incidents and requests using ServiceNow, meeting defined SLAs, and maintaining clear end-user communication. It also supports a modern endpoint environment (Windows and macOS) with a focus on secure access and device compliance using Bell’s standard tools and controls. Proficiency in macOS support is a key requirement for this role.
