About The Position

Mirakl is seeking an IT Technician Co-op for a 6-month program starting in January 2027, based in Boston. This role is part of Northeastern University's cooperative education program and requires candidates to be enrolled and eligible for co-op credit. The IT Technician Co-op will be a central, high-visibility role within the IT team, directly impacting every team across the company by equipping employees globally with the necessary tools, access, and support. Mirakl, founded in 2012, is a leader in marketplace innovation, empowering businesses to compete in the platform economy. Their operating system includes an enterprise marketplace solution, AI-powered multichannel selling, retail media, and agentic commerce infrastructure. Requirements

  • Comfortable supporting both Mac and PC environments
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and Google Workspace (GSuite)
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented with an interest in learning key technologies
  • Comfortable working within international, fast-paced teams
  • Candidates must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware including Mac, Linux, and Windows laptops and iPhones for employees
  • Create and manage tool access for new hires across Jumpcloud, Jira, Gmail, Wiki, and more
  • Manage Office 365 and Zoom video licenses
  • Repair and maintain equipment and handle after-sales returns with internal teams and external providers
  • Maintain the operational state of Zoom Rooms and video conferencing setups
  • Manage IT inventory and ensure accurate tracking of all assets
  • Provide daily hands-on support to employees across the office
  • Support network patching and switch/WiFi configuration
  • Participate in the administration of the Jumpcloud directory and definition of GPOs
  • Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of AI tools used by employees across the company

  • Hourly Pay Range: $25—$25 USD
