About The Position

The IT Co-Op provides hands-on support to business and technical teams, assisting with projects, system support, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This role helps bridge business needs with technology solutions while gaining practical, real-world experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Currently enrolled in an institution of higher education
• No more than 90 credit hours from a college or university (equivalent to being at the end of junior year)
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to change
• Eager for new challenges and business environments
• Process improvement mindset
• Action and results oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of new or improved systems and processes.
• Attend all Co-Op Program meetings, presentations, and activities.
• Attend meetings with associates at all levels of the organization, both to learn and to contribute to discussion.
• Communicate professionally with Manager, supported team(s), and external partners.
• Assist with improving internal IT business processes and methods.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues affecting tasks/assignments.
• Conduct quality assurance activities in support of design, analysis, and review efforts for the team supported.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
