This role reports to the IT Manager and offers the chance to have large impact on the overall business through vital manufacturing support, technical problem-solving, and innovation. At RSP, we build custom sensors for the harshest environments from deep in the ocean to outer space. Requirements

Zero to one year of applicable experience
Associate Degree in Computer Science or related IT

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
Experience in a corporate IT environment
Experience supporting end users
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

Install, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 10/11 on desktop and laptop systems.
Provide Tier2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
Deploy operating system images and application packages.
Troubleshoot complex desktop, application, printing, networking, and authentication issues.
Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Office.
Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), Group Policy, and user account management.
Monitor endpoint health and proactively resolve recurring issues.
Coordinate hardware lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, refreshes, and asset tracking.
Collaborate with server, network, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain software inventory and ensure licensing compliance.
Evaluate and test new hardware, operating systems, and applications before production deployment.
Support conference room technology, docking stations, monitors, and audiovisual equipment.
Participate in on-call support and after-hours maintenance as required.
