About The Position
Nisga'a Tek is seeking an IT Technical Writer. This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Nisga'a Tek is committed to high-quality service to those who defend us, ensuring mission assurance and execution for customers and warfighters by providing intelligence, IT, cyber security, training, logistics, administrative, acquisition, and background investigation services.
Requirements
- Solid IT concepts; ability to translate into technical software documentation.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize staff requests, & set expectations.
- Self-sufficient & resourceful, able to work independently, take overseership of the project, & ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- AA/AS Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university -or- Substitute 3+ Yrs of related EXP.
- IAT Level I (A+ CE/Network+ CE/SSCP/CCNA Security) & CE/OS Cert.

Responsibilities
- Develop, write, & edit reports, manuals, briefs, catalogs, technical specifications, instruction books, & related technical & administrative publications concerned w/ work methods & procedures.
- Specifically, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Wiki, GitLab Technical Writing & UI text.
