Hennepin County's Law, Safety and Justice IT (LSJ - IT) department is seeking IT Analyst Interns. Members of this team work together to deliver technical support to customers in the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), and other LSJ partners. Under supervision, these positions will work with Operations Staff across Law, Safety and Justice to help answer helpdesk emails/calls, deliver and manage hardware inventory, package and install software, and administer user access. These positions are hybrid and will be performed both on-site in downtown Minneapolis located at 625 4th Avenue South, MN 55415, and remote as job duties require. These internships are intended to start in August 2026 and last 6 months in duration with the potential to extend on a case-by-case basis. The interns will work 20-30 hours per week. Primary work hours are Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with flexibility. While these positions are designed as hybrid, based on current requirements hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin. These positions are a part-time non-benefit earning internship.
