About The Position

SINGU is redefining how real estate companies manage their operations with a unified CAFM platform. They are seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Partner with hands-on sourcing experience and end-to-end recruitment capabilities. This role will involve approximately 50% sourcing and 50% recruitment, adapting to current needs. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office in either Cracow or Warsaw.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and sourcing, with end-to-end recruitment ownership.
  • Experience in IT recruitment (recruitment agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools: Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other creative channels.
  • Experience implementing AI tools into daily workflow for sourcing, outreach, or candidate management.
  • Polish and English at C1 level.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a product company (SaaS/Tech preferred).
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, ideally Ashby.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and build the team behind Europe's Leading PropTech Platform.
  • Own talent pipelines across Product, Tech, Sales, and Operations.
  • Find and engage passive candidates.
  • Build Boolean and X-ray searches to surface hidden talent.
  • Run outreach campaigns that generate replies.
  • Own requisitions end-to-end: briefing with hiring managers, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the process, and closing offers.
  • Help shape the employer brand by initiating activities and content to make SINGU visible to top tech talent and build an inbound pipeline.
  • Report directly to the Head of People & Culture and be part of a collaborative P&C team.
