About The Position

Acentra seeks a IT Systems Implementation Analyst, Mid to join our growing team. This role involves coordinating, planning, documenting, and managing implementation and solution projects from initiation to delivery. The analyst will work closely and collaborate with external and/or internal customers to deliver projects against performance measures including scope, quality, and scheduling targets. This position provides centralized support to geographically diverse locations and requires close collaboration with implementation project team members, including cross-functional departments as well as clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
5 years of experience determining project specifications and objectives from initiation to delivery.
5 years of experience working with information management and user needs.
5 years of experience working with systems analysis, design and programming concepts.

Responsibilities

Develops project specifications and objectives from initiation to delivery for implementation projects, including interfacing with clients and/or internal staff to gather and document specifications.
Defines scope of efforts required to meet objectives and develops comprehensive and predictable project schedules.
Maintains and updates project plans, agendas, and systems set-up documentation, including determining project steps, activities, sequence of events, critical success paths, dependencies, and task durations.
Collaborates with technical staff to estimate time requirements for project tasks and milestones and updates the project plan with actuals and forecasts.
Identifies and acquires appropriate resources and assigns project responsibilities to ensure efficient and productive execution of activities while meeting project targets.
Coordinates resources within respective departments, other internal departments, outside service providers, and materials committed to projects.
Performs various implementation tasks including system rules definition and configuration, questionnaire definition and configuration, and configuration of user-defined system features.
Provides web-based system demonstrations and training as needed.
Serves as a central point of contact to relay project status, facilitate communication, and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
Maintains open communications with customers and the project team, coordinating and conducting meetings as appropriate, and promotes client relationships.
Prepares reports for leadership on project progress, issues, and expenditures.
Identifies factors jeopardizing the project and escalates issues as appropriate, recommending solutions to senior project team members and implementation services managers/directors.
Analyzes detailed systems factors including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and alternative methods of problem resolution.
Reads, understands, and adheres to all corporate policies, including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
