About The Position

This position is for an entry-level classified information system administrator with a background in cyber security, systems administration and/or networking. This position supports multiple projects and internal customers. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / combined education.
Active Interim Secret (or Higher) security clearance required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
Security+, or other IAT Level II/III security certification or the ability to obtain.
Experience with Active Directory domains and/or (Linux) NIS domains.
Knowledge and experience with system administration of production networks including Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, and Linux RHEL or Rocky.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Knowledgeable in information systems and/or networking configuration and troubleshooting.
Have a solid understanding of Linux file permissions, and log-file troubleshooting tactics.
Demonstrated proficiency applying DISA STIGs and working knowledge of variances.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on varied OS update tools necessary to install and update (service packs, patch bundles, etc).
Direct work experience interfacing with vulnerability remediation tools and security management tools used for system hardening, log management and configuration management (ex: Nessus, E-STIG, ePo, Ivanti, Splunk, etc.)
Demonstrated willingness and ability to enhance and expand skillsets to meet organization and new technology demands.
