About The Position

The Contracts Management Asc will be responsible for overseeing contract actions and ensuring compliance across the full contract lifecycle. This role supports munition production programs through end-to-end contracts management, from capture and proposal through award, administration, and closeout.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent years of experience / combined education
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers and possess some business acumen
Must be detail oriented and able to work in a virtual and non-virtual team environment
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
Must possess an active Secret clearance to start

Nice To Haves

Ability to obtain a security clearance
Prior experience in the USG contract life cycle including proposals, negotiations, administration, and close-out
Candidate should be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and achieve program goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

Develop and manage contract solicitations, proposals, negotiations, and award documentation.
Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, engineering, and other functions to align contract terms with business objectives.
Serve as the authorized representative with customers, building effective relationships and addressing contractual issues.
Lead and support internal and external audits to verify contract compliance.
Prepare contractual data reports and support training on contract best practices.
