About The Position

The IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining internal SharePoint sites and Power Automate flows, along with related security. This role involves creating and maintaining accounts and managing Separation of Duties requirements in Oracle EBS and other systems. The analyst will also maintain the purchasing hierarchy and workflow for Oracle Purchasing, and assist in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in Oracle EBS and other systems. Additionally, the position requires providing end-user support and training in Oracle, supporting the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications (including occasional off-hours project work), and participating in project management activities. Collaboration with stakeholders for requirements gathering and process documentation, preparing reports, and managing support mailboxes are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable technology degree.
  • 2 years post graduate experience working in the IT profession.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
  • Strong user and administration level skills in the Microsoft Office environment, with emphasis on: SharePoint (configuration, permissions, administration), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Edge.
  • Proficiency working with complex data structures and relational databases.
  • Proficiency using SQL to write and execute queries.
  • Experience writing and maintaining software programs.
  • Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with application-level security and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Experience supporting business functions and application users such as Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, etc.
  • Experience supporting portions of an ERP, preferably Oracle EBS.
  • Understanding of Segregation of Duties and compensating controls.
  • Experience leading small to medium projects.
  • Experience working with users to define and document business requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remotely and in-person.
