About The Position

METER Group is seeking an IT Systems Analyst I who will specifically focus on supporting and enhancing the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to align with operational needs. Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Analyst I assist in maintaining system efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This role works from our Pullman, WA office. For informational purposes, the entire pay range for this role is $26.04 -$33.52. Please keep this in mind when applying for this role. We are open to reviewing candidates with more or less experience; the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our offer will be based on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.

Requirements

  • Possesses a beginning to working knowledge of ERP systems, including a basic understanding of MRP, BOM structures, and inventory workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot basic system or data issues under supervision.
  • Clear and effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the development team and non-technical end users.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in ERP support or manufacturing systems is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments is strongly preferred.
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
