The IT Systems Admin will provide comprehensive technical support and operational assistance across multiple IT domains. This role requires a versatile professional capable of handling Tier 1–3 support tasks, project coordination, and urgent issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT systems, SaaS management, security, and asset management, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, licensing, and IT asset management.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, AWS, IAM, SSO and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide excellent support in a mixed Windows and Mac environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management and IT documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions IT processes.
  • Automation and tools for automation, Intune, RMM, PowerShell

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–3 support for IT incidents and escalations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to licensed applications, configurations, and system access.
  • Monitor systems and implement alerting mechanisms for proactive issue detection.
  • Manage SaaS product configurations, setup, and billing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements for all applications.
  • Implement and maintain security policies and standards.
  • Assist with urgent security-related tasks, including training and vulnerability remediation
  • Configure and maintain SSO
  • Scoping and implementing project plans,
  • Assist in management of agreements and renewals.
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Support new employee onboarding and previous employee offboarding processes.
  • Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of access and services.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, including “how-to” guides and architecture diagrams.
  • Generate various reports for operational and strategic use.
  • Address new technology challenges and propose secure, scalable solutions.
  • Perform proactive and reactive maintenance, including system cleanup.
  • Execute urgent plans for system cleanup and consolidation.
  • Support migrations, integrations, and execution of strategic IT initiatives.
