  • Hands-on MDM compliance experience, enforcing device policies and remediating endpoints flagged by MDM and EDR tooling
  • PowerShell and Bash scripting, with a strong understanding of APIs and implementing integrations
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks and logical access controls
  • Heavy experience operating in a SaaS-driven environment, administering and integrating a large portfolio of cloud applications
  • Strong documentation habits and a detail-oriented work style
  • A self-starter who is organized, reliable, and self-directed, structuring their own work and executing with and through others
  • Clear communicator with high energy, drive, and professionalism
  • Houston, TX based; onsite required (hybrid Fridays optional)

Nice To Haves

  • IAM automation (SCIM, API-driven provisioning)
  • Experience with common GTM and support tooling (for example HubSpot, Jira)

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support, laptop refreshes, and troubleshooting for a hybrid and distributed workforce
  • Deploy and maintain macOS and Windows devices through modern MDM tooling, and monitor endpoint health and remediate devices flagged by EDR or compliance tooling
  • Administer Google Workspace and Google Cloud as our primary identity and collaboration environment, including overall architecture, security, and operations, alongside Microsoft 365 and modern identity and access management platforms
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for licenses, access, and permissions across company applications and tools, applying least-privilege principles
  • Own onboarding and offboarding access provisioning and revocation, and coordinate cross-functionally so new hires receive the hardware and application access they need on day one
