Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of IT experience with strong knowledge of Windows environments.
Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, or MCSE.
Advanced working knowledge of ERP software (Epicor preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills for documentation and training.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server a plus.
Experience in ISO 9001:2015 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement and support cutting-edge network infrastructure and IT assets that keep our operations running smoothly.
Recommend and implement improvements to IT systems that enhance security, efficiency, and scalability.
Set up and maintain network hardware and software assets.
Provide end-user support and training, serving as a “super-user” and “train-the-trainer” for IT processes and documentation.
Enforce Acceptable Use Policy, maintain telephony assets, and ensure a secure environment for all company data.
Maintain and update the Disaster Recovery Plan.
Assist ERP Administrator when needed and contribute to IT strategy planning.
Evaluate and recommend changes to meet organizational needs and improve system performance.
Administer Office 365 and other critical systems.
