About The Position

Renu Robotics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Systems Administrator to manage the company's Microsoft 365 environment, SharePoint Online, Windows infrastructure, endpoint management, and day-to-day technical support. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the company's IT systems while delivering exceptional customer service to employees. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable troubleshooting end-user issues, administering Microsoft cloud technologies, and improving business processes through SharePoint and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of IT systems administration experience.
  • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online administration.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory concepts.
  • Experience with endpoint management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Renu Robotics does not sponsor employment visas for this position.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to work full-time onsite at our San Antonio, Texas office. Relocation may be required for candidates residing outside the local area.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft 365 including: Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), OneDrive, Microsoft Intune
  • Manage Windows desktop and laptop deployments.
  • Configure and maintain user accounts, groups, permissions, and licensing.
  • Perform software installation, updates, and patch management.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
  • Manage printers, peripherals, and office technology.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and asset tracking.
  • Support network connectivity including wireless, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
  • Coordinate hardware procurement for new hires and equipment refreshes.
  • Assist with disaster recovery planning and backups.
  • Administer SharePoint Online sites and permissions.
  • Design and maintain department SharePoint sites.
  • Develop document libraries, lists, workflows, and metadata structures.
  • Ensure proper governance and organization of company documents.
  • Assist departments in improving collaboration using SharePoint.
  • Support Microsoft Teams integrations with SharePoint.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge base documentation.
  • Assist with Power Automate workflows and Microsoft Forms where appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support.
  • Respond to support requests via ticketing system, email, phone, and walk-up support.
  • Troubleshoot: Windows PCs, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, Printers, Network connectivity, VPN, Mobile devices, Audio/Video conferencing equipment
  • Resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up.
