Make your tomorrow with us. The IT System Administrator II ensures availability, performance, and security across on-premises and cloud-based environments. Executes system enhancements, supports operational stability, and contributes to modernization and optimization initiatives with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related technical experience required.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administers assigned enterprise infrastructure systems and platforms.
  • Maintains system performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Implements system updates, upgrades, configuration changes, and enhancements in accordance with established change management processes.
  • Manages user account provisioning, access controls, and system configurations.
  • Supports system integrations and cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Performs root cause analysis and develops corrective action plans for recurring issues.
  • Develops and maintains technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
  • Provides guidance and technical support to junior team members as appropriate.
  • Participates in on-call rotation and supports after-hours coverage as required.
