About The Position

This is a contract position for an IT Support role located onsite in Conyers, GA. The role requires a candidate with 2-3+ years of IT support and management experience, including experience with ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be result and goal-oriented, and have the ability to detect emerging trends and make recommendations for change. Experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop computer hardware, operating systems, and application software is essential, as is current knowledge of various technologies including computer systems, mobile devices, and technology products. Experience resolving TCP/IP network issues and supporting video conferencing, A/V, and dash cam software and equipment is also required or the ability to learn quickly.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years providing IT support and management experience
  • Experience with using ServiceNow
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
