About The Position

Ideal Siding is seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented IT Support & WordPress Administrator. This role blends business operations and technology support, requiring interaction with both people and technology. The ideal candidate enjoys assisting others, resolving practical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in IT support, business systems administration, or customer support.
Minimum 1 year of experience administering or maintaining WordPress websites.
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and managing cloud-based SaaS user accounts.
Basic understanding of both Windows and macOS environments.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM, LMS, software licensing, or user provisioning.
Basic HTML/CSS, DNS management, Cloudflare, or website hosting platforms.
Familiarity with Make, Zapier, Airtable, AI productivity tools, or reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

Set up hardware, user accounts, and permissions for employees and franchisees.
Administer Google Workspace, CRM, LMS, and other core applications.
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
Administer WordPress websites, including user access, plugins, basic updates, and vendor coordination (DNS, SSL, Cloudflare).
Maintain accurate tech inventory.
Coordinate equipment purchases and repairs.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure system reliability.
