About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Part-Time IT Support Administrator in Greenville, OH. This role is part of the Coatings division, focusing on hands-on support, user enablement, and stable IT operations for manufacturing. The IT Support Administrator will be the primary contact for all IT incidents and service requests at the Greenville site, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues. Responsibilities include managing IT tickets, supporting new user onboarding and offboarding, owning site printers, supporting mobility and shop floor technology, and assisting with local IT infrastructure and network components. The role also involves site engagement, continuous improvement, and maintaining documentation. This position requires strong on-site presence and engagement with plant operations, working closely with local site leadership and global IT teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with end-user support and ticket management.
  • Familiarity with printers, scanners, mobile devices, and hardware support.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently in a site-based role.
  • Customer-focused mindset with high responsiveness.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to SAP, MES (e.g., Vegam), or similar enterprise systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT incidents and service requests at the Greenville site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, access, and connectivity.
  • Manage and prioritize IT tickets based on business and production impact.
  • Coordinate escalation with regional or global IT teams when required.
  • Support new user onboarding including device setup, account creation, and system access.
  • Manage access requests across SAP, MES, shared drives, and business applications.
  • Ensure timely offboarding including access removal and asset collection.
  • Own all site printers, including office and production/label printers.
  • Manage installation, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors for printers.
  • Track printer inventory, consumables, and replacement planning.
  • Support scanners, tablets, and other mobile or shop floor devices.
  • Perform upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance for shop floor devices.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues with MES, SAP, and network connectivity for shop floor devices.
  • Support local IT infrastructure including endpoints, connectivity, and site network components.
  • Maintain basic understanding of network architecture, firewalls, and connectivity.
  • Identify and escalate infrastructure or security issues to central IT teams.
  • Work directly with production, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve IT issues.
  • Identify recurring problems and drive corrective actions.
  • Support rollout of new technologies and digital initiatives at the site.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, devices, and configurations.
