About The Position

Provides in-depth support and leads problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Applies specific functional and working general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Requirements

4+ years of experience supporting secure environments such as the DoD
4+ years of experience providing Tier I, II, and III support for Windows‑based systems
Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments in a production setting
Experience creating and deploying desktop operating system images and working with Microsoft Azure and DEPO services
Experience with basic administration of Cisco VTC or VoIP systems
Experience updating and managing antivirus and anti‑malware products
Knowledge of LAN technologies, including Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
CompTIA Security+ Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience with AWS services or hybrid cloud environments
Experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016, Windows 11, Windows 365, and basic exchange administration
Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
Experience supporting or integrating System Applications and Products (SAP) systems
Ability to automate tasks and support system administration through scripting
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Azure Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification
