About The Position

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting end users with basic IT needs, including device connectivity, workstation setup, and email configuration. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus. This is a fully onsite role

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk roles
  • Experience connecting and setting up IT devices

  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Connect and troubleshoot devices including printers, monitors, and mobile devices
  • Configure and support email accounts (e.g., Outlook, mobile email setup)
  • Perform workstation deployments, including imaging and hardware setup
