About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Technician to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of computer networking, cybersecurity, and system troubleshooting, with a passion for delivering exceptional technical support. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring the security and scalability of enterprise solutions. Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support roles with a strong foundation in computer networking, cybersecurity, and technical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise solutions implementation, including SAP systems and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and CI/CD practices for efficient software deployment.
• Knowledge of system design for system development projects, emphasizing scalability and security considerations.
• Experience supporting UI development, UI testing, and software implementation processes within complex IT environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Nice To Haves

• Background in cyber threat analysis, compliance standards, and security best practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting support across hardware, software, and network systems to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise solutions, including SAP and microservices architectures.
• Support UI development and UI testing efforts to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
• Conduct security analysis and implement cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and comply with industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate system design for system development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in the implementation of software updates, CI/CD pipelines, and system scalability enhancements.
• Support compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation and adhering to regulatory standards related to IT security.
• Contribute to team leadership by mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
