About The Position

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide essential technical support across a variety of IT functions, including end-user assistance, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and the implementation of departmental initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Associate degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications)
4–5 years of professional experience in IT support or a related technical role
Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Demonstrated experience in a help desk or technical support role
Experience managing Windows Active Directory infrastructure
Working knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and related IT products

Responsibilities

Provide IT technical support to employees and customers
Utilize a ticketing system for support
Keep up-to-date documentation of hardware and software assets
Specify, order, and configure IT equipment such as PC’s, servers, switches, and routers
Develop and deploy standardized computer images and software packages
Maintain Active Directory objects and Global Policy Objects (GPO)
Support Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Teams)
Identify, propose, and implement efficiency gaining projects/initiatives
