IT Support Technician
About The Position
Culmen International is seeking a General IT Support Technician to support the Naval Medical Research Unit–Dayton (NAMRU-D) Administrative Support Program at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. As part of a government-managed and led IT team, you will assist in monitoring, opening, assigning, updating, and closing command trouble tickets in up to four (4) separate ticketing systems daily. You will also assist in installing command desktop software and provide customer desktop support for Windows, Apple iOS, and various Linux distributions workstations weekly. Additionally, you will coordinate with hardware technicians and software administrators when Level 2 or Level 3 support is required weekly, and assist in the command’s compliance and implementation of Cybersecurity Certificate to Operate (CTO) processes daily. You will also assist in maintaining command software licensing records and deploy software packages as required monthly, and track all command IT requests through the appropriate trouble ticketing system daily.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in information technology services
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
- Customer Service skills
Responsibilities
