About The Position
The IT Support Technician will work closely with IT management to support the strategic goals of the team. The IT Support Technician will provide high quality work, along with great customer service. The technician will maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks across the organization, resolve technical problems while managing end-user requests, such as installing software and/or configuring hardware.
Requirements
- At least two years’ related experience required.
- Will accept high school diploma or equivalent with previous healthcare IT experience.
Nice To Haves
- College or Trade degree preferred.
- IT related certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks across the organization.
- Resolve technical problems while managing end-user requests, such as installing software and/or configuring hardware.
