As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be the frontline problem-solver who keeps employees connected, productive, and secure. You bring strong troubleshooting skills and steady judgment and know when to escalate intelligently. You communicate clearly with non‑technical users, stay calm under pressure and close the loop every time. You’re motivated by reliability and impact, without using shortcuts or Bandaid solutions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in IT (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
  • 2–5 years of end‑user IT support experience (Windows, Microsoft 365, devices, networking basics)
  • Experience with ticketing systems, device provisioning, and asset tracking
  • Strong judgment, documentation habits, and follow‑through
  • Clear, practical communication style with technical and non‑technical users

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or warehouse technology, MFA, or regulated environments

Responsibilities

  • Triage, resolve, or escalate IT issues based on urgency and business impact
  • Keep users informed with clear updates and realistic timelines
  • Document resolutions thoroughly to prevent repeat issues
  • Provision laptops, peripherals, and system access for new hires
  • Execute secure off‑boarding and role‑change access updates
  • Maintain accurate device and asset records
  • Respond quickly to production‑impacting issues
  • Support shared workstations, scanners, label printers, and warehouse systems
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to permanent fixes
  • Follow established IT and security standards
  • Recognize risks and escalate security or compliance issues early
  • Document exceptions with clear rationale
