Culmen International is seeking a General IT Support Technician to support the Naval Medical Research Unit–Dayton (NAMRU-D) Administrative Support Program at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. As part of a government-managed and led IT team, the technician will assist in monitoring, opening, assigning, updating, and closing command trouble tickets in up to four (4) separate ticketing systems. They will also assist in installing command desktop software and provide customer desktop support for Windows, Apple iOS, and various Linux distributions workstations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with hardware technicians and software administrators for Level 2 or Level 3 support, assisting with the command’s compliance and implementation of Cybersecurity Certificate to Operate (CTO) processes, maintaining command software licensing records, deploying software packages, and tracking all command IT requests through the appropriate trouble ticketing system.
