About The Position

Sentinel is seeking an IT Field Technician to assist our client based in Edwards, Co with work throughout the surrounding area. In this role you would be responsible for device imaging, configuration, preparation, and deployment of end-user hardware across the organization. This is an excellent step into a tech career. This position would be traveling to other locations. This is a 6 month contract with potential for hire reporting at our clients location in Edwards, CO.

Requirements

Ability to configure, image, and prepare desktops, laptops, and mobile devices according to established IT standards, security protocols, and deployment procedures.
Must be comfortable working in a medical facility
Must be able to satisfy our client’s requirements, including proof of required vaccinations, drug screening and adherence to HIPPA privacy regulations.
The candidate must have a car, as this position will require travel between 2 locations within Edwards, Co.
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Responsibilities

Device imaging, configuration, preparation, and deployment of end-user hardware across the organization.
Provide Tier 1 technical support during deployments, assisting users with device setup, login access, and peripheral connectivity while escalating issues as needed.
Travel between 2 locations within Edwards, Co.
