Provides first-level technical support to end users across all departments, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Responsible for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, peripherals, and related equipment in accordance with company. Collaborates with user to diagnose problems and uses diagnostic software to correct problem. Receives user calls or emails requesting software or hardware help. Sets up new computers, printers and other intelligent devices when they arrive from the manufacturer according to company guidelines and specifications. Configures and deploys workstations for new employees; assists with account setup and deactivation in coordination with HR and the Network Systems Manager. Supports the organization’s commitment to ensure that our food safety and quality plans conform to all regulatory requirements and with food quality and the safety requirements of our customers and reports any problems or potential problems observed concerning food safety and quality to Supervision immediately. Troubleshoots basic network connectivity issues including wired and wireless connections, escalating to senior staff as needed. Provide printing assistance for production labeling requirements. Performs other duties as assigned by the Network Systems Manager
