About The Position

The IT Support Technician performs a variety of technical support services related to the installation, operation, repair, and diagnosis of computer equipment and related services. Also provides technical user support assistance, both remote and at the desk side.

Requirements

  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science
  • 1-2 years of experience in computer support, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Valid California Driver’s License, automobile, and auto insurance for traveling to remote facilities

Nice To Haves

  • A+ Certified Technician preferred
  • EPIC Electronic Health Record system knowledge preferred
