About The Position

This role serves as the primary point of contact for IT issues across the company's production floor, warehouse, and office. Responsibilities include setting up workstations, managing user accounts, troubleshooting network issues, and supporting physical security systems. The position offers variety and requires an individual who can move quickly and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS troubleshooting and configuration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration including user accounts, email groups, and licensing
  • Comfortable with hardware setup across laptops, monitors, printers, docking stations, and scanners
  • Willingness to work on a production and manufacturing floor (this is not a desk-only role)
  • Clear communication skills and a service-first mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of support requests when things are moving quickly
  • Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to streamline IT workflows

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support through the ticketing system, Slack, and in-person walkthroughs
  • Troubleshoot hardware and peripherals: laptops, monitors, scanners, docking stations, printers, label printers, and accessories
  • Set up and configure workstations for new hires and internal transfers, including provisioning, software installation, and account creation
  • Manage user accounts and access across Office 365, Slack, AWS, shared drives, PDM, and door/badge systems
  • Support network connectivity and infrastructure across the warehouse and office, including switch and IDF maintenance
  • Maintain physical security systems including door access controls, automated locks, intercoms, and CCTV (Axis cameras)
  • Support production and warehouse teams directly with tablet, scanner, and label-printing workflows (Bartender, print servers)
  • Use AI tools to automate repetitive support tasks and speed up resolution times
