This is an exciting opportunity to join Dentalcorp’s IT Operations team at a time of continued growth and transformation. As an IT Support Specialist based in our Toronto office, you’ll play a critical role in supporting both our Support Centre staff and dental clinics across the network. Reporting to the Manager, IT Service Desk and Deskside Support, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your technical expertise and service mindset will directly enable teams to do their best work. You are a service-driven IT professional with a strong foundation in deskside and service desk support, thriving in busy operational environments. You’re technically confident, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with vendors, and troubleshooting across a range of technologies - from hardware and Office 365 to VoIP and mobile devices. Known for your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you take pride in following standards, resolving issues efficiently, and continuously looking for ways to improve the support experience. Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, you’ll resolve issues efficiently to enable employees and clinicians stay focused on what matters most – delivering excellent patient care.
