About The Position

The IT Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for all IT-related support requests, providing timely and effective technical assistance to internal users. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and account-related issues, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role supports the end user’s productivity, maintaining IT systems and contributing to the overall stability and security of the organization.

Requirements

  • 1 Year Experience in a help desk or related role preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • End-User focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members and other users within the organization
  • Strong knowledge or experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 products, Azure, Active Directory, ITSM and MDM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and user access
  • Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and processes within IT service management systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
  • Manage the deployment and upkeep of company assets while maintaining accurate inventory records, asset tracking, and thorough documentation.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related systems
