About The Position

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving technical problems, helping people, and keeping daily technology operations running reliably. We will consider candidates ranging from entry-level professionals building their IT careers to experienced support specialists with five or more years of hands-on experience. Whether you are configuring your first professional workstation or already resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues independently, this role offers an opportunity to expand your technical knowledge while supporting a growing industrial organization. This is a hands-on IT support position focused on helping employees resolve the technology issues that affect their daily work. You will investigate hardware, software, access, connectivity, and workstation problems; configure equipment; document support requests; assist users with new systems; and help maintain reliable technology operations across ACECO. Success requires curiosity, responsiveness, patience, clear communication, and the initiative to investigate problems thoroughly. Depending on experience, you may begin by resolving routine support issues under guidance or take independent ownership of more advanced workstation, software, and network-related problems.
