IT Support Specialist
About The Position
Tech Partners is recruiting for an IT Support Specialist on behalf of a respected faith-based organization in the Broken Arrow area. You'll join a close-knit IT team consisting of an IT Director, Senior Systems Administrator, and Applications Specialist. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide frontline technical support, manage service requests, assist with device deployment, and gain exposure to cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and modern endpoint management tools. Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; OR equivalent professional experience
- 2-3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Windows and macOS support experience
- Microsoft Intune or endpoint management experience
- Active Directory administration experience
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ticketing/help desk systems
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
- Manage and resolve tickets through an advanced service management platform
- Support Windows and macOS users in a cloud-first environment
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user support
- Help manage and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune
- Support cloud infrastructure and connectivity solutions, including RapidScale and SD-WAN technologies
- Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities
- Document solutions, procedures, and support activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive technology experience
- Participate in cross-training and ongoing learning opportunities
