IT Support Specialist

WebflowSan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Webflow is looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on technical presence in our San Francisco office. You'll be the first line of support for employees, resolving tickets through our help desk using state of the art, AI powered support tooling, while also owning the technology that makes our office run and our biggest moments land: all hands meetings, events, and day to day audio visual needs. You'll partner closely with our Workplace Experience team on site builds or modifications, and support onboarding cohorts to make sure new hires start with everything working on day one. This is a role for someone who's energized by variety and a desire to help create valuable experiences for Webflow employees.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems
  • Skilled in using AI-powered tools to work efficiently such as MM&MM
  • Familiar with supporting audiovisual setups for meetings, presentations, and larger events
  • Comfortable troubleshooting macOS environments
  • Proficient in new hire onboarding, including account setup, hardware provisioning and day-one enablement
  • Ability to perform physical, in-office work such as setting up desks, provisioning equipment, and helping stand up new office spaces and lift up to 20lbs
  • Available to work full-time from our San Francisco headquarters, with potential travel to other office locations and occasional work from home

Nice To Haves

  • Bring genuine warmth to every interaction with a desire to help
  • Communicate clearly and patiently with employees
  • Enjoy variety and can shift gears between tickets, AV, and hands on office work without missing a beat
  • Are flexible, knowing that some weeks look like steady ticket work and others mean adjusting your schedule around an event or a big onboarding cohort
  • Take pride in the small details that make an office feel like it just works
  • Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve employee tickets through our help desk, leveraging AI powered support tooling to triage, troubleshoot, and close issues efficiently
  • Make our AI powered tooling even better by documenting common issues, fixes, and processes to build out our internal knowledge base
  • Own audio visual setup and support for all hands meetings, company events, and day to day conference room needs
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across macOS devices, peripherals, and office technology
  • Partner with the Workplace Experience team on new site builds, including ordering and provisioning equipment and setting up new office space end to end
  • Support IT onboarding for new hire cohorts
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory, where necessary
  • Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams and follow through to resolution

Benefits

  • Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
  • Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
  • Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
  • A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
  • Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
  • All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
  • Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.
