About The Position

You will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, troubleshooting and resolving any IT issues that arise, and implementing new technology solutions to improve our services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with implementing and managing technology solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to staff for all hardware and software systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our services
  • Maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
