We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with experience supporting PC operating systems (including legacy systems such as DOS and modern Windows environments), as well as a solid understanding of networking and email standards. This role will provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure reliable system and network performance across the organization. Active Secret clearance or higher is required.
