About The Position

TEKsystems currently has an IT Support Specialist opportunity available with one of our growing clients in Eden Prairie, MN. This will be on-site in Eden Prairie, MN and start as a 6 month contract to hire. This person will be tasked with providing onsite and remote support to end users. Ideally looking for someone that can support tickets level 1-3 and even has some knowledge or experience of the networking/systems space. This person would also get the opportunity to help on a variety of projects during their time here. Feel free to apply to learn more.

Seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide a blend of Help Desk support and Systems Administration. The role supports end users while helping maintain core IT infrastructure and business technology systems.

Role Breakdown:
50% Help Desk / End User Support
50% Systems Administration & Infrastructure Support

Requirements

• Help Desk or IT Support experience
• Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Systems administration knowledge
• Network troubleshooting/support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities
