About The Position

Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of technologies and end users. This role will handle escalated issues, support enterprise systems, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable technology services.

Requirements

• Endpoint Management: Device deployment, configuration, support, and compliance across enterprise environments.
• Identity & Access Management: User account administration, authentication support, access management, SSO, and MFA.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: End-user support, collaboration tools, licensing, and cloud-based productivity platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management solutions, and identity management platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology support and end-user services.
• Experience working within a structured IT support or service management environment.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience supporting device lifecycle management and security-focused practices.
• Experience contributing to projects, system implementations, or process improvements.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, or workflow optimization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical issues involving hardware, software, operating systems, and cloud-based technologies.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex support requests and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and related user account administration activities.
• Assist with identity and access management processes, including account setup, permissions, authentication, and access-related troubleshooting.
• Support endpoint management activities, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate hardware and software deployments while ensuring adherence to established standards.
