We are seeking a highly capable and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team and serve as the backbone of our daily technical operations. In this role, you will be an administrator for our Microsoft ecosystem (Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, M365) and the first line of support for our employees, including providing dedicated desk-side support for CAD engineers. You will drive critical security and infrastructure initiatives. This will include various examples including provisioning Intune-managed hardware, deploying physical security systems, and leading cybersecurity awareness/tech training. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, seamlessly balancing hands-on helpdesk troubleshooting, rapid onboarding/offboarding workflows, and continuous system optimization, all while maintaining rigorous security and compliance standards.
