Percepto is seeking an IT Support Specialist to contribute to the continuous effort of meeting the organization's IT needs and cyber security standards. Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
  • Deep understanding of technical fundamentals in networking and proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows working environments and corporate network infrastructures.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting users across multiple global locations.
  • High attention to detail, thoroughness, and strong organizational skills for maintaining records and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM systems and service desk tools, such as Jira Service Management.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency or experience with Google Workspace administration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain computer systems, infrastructure, and networks (including Windows environments) to ensure high productivity, low friction, and increased security.
  • Administer software licenses, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office/Teams, and manage access for all systems and services used by the company.
  • Track and maintain hardware inventory, including managing IT procurement and coordinating lifecycle replacements for laptops and peripherals.
  • Provide technical support during employee onboarding and resolve ongoing IT issues, including hardware performance troubleshooting and system lag investigations.
  • Enforce IT policies and procedures, and manage permissions and access requests within tools like Jira.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like HR and Finance to streamline service desk portals and manage asset-related payroll deductions.
