About The Position

This role focuses on providing prompt, reliable, and expert technical assistance to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent IT issues efficiently. You will work closely with our team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless IT operations across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or related field.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently or within a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve a wide range of IT support requests including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide expert guidance and support related to Windows OS, Office 365, and other business applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing systems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure rapid resolution.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
