We're looking for a KURU GURU Specialist who can provide friendly, helpful support while representing the KURU brand across customer service, social media, and review platforms.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Patient, professional, and solutions-focused approach
Strong computer skills and comfort using social media platforms
Ability to multitask and adapt as priorities change
Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a remote team
Genuine desire to help customers and make things right
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to achieve results

Responsibilities

Respond to customer questions, concerns, and order issues with empathy and professionalism
Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, tags, and brand mentions
Manage customer reviews across Google, Trustpilot, Amazon, Yelp, and KURU's website
Help resolve shipping delays, damaged or incorrect products, returns, and refunds
Become an expert on KURU products, promotions, and policies
Engage with customers and help build a positive online community
Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with the appropriate teams
Maintain accurate customer interaction and follow-up records in the CRM
Assist with escalated customer concerns and high-volume periods
Coordinate with warehouses and other departments to resolve customer issues
Support special projects and other KURU GURU responsibilities as needed
