About The Position

At Monti, the IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing superior customer service and ensuring the successful operation of information technology systems. This role involves assisting customers with questions and problems related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The technician will work both remotely and in person, guiding customers through systems configuration and troubleshooting, with the goal of resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem-solver with strong communication and customer service skills. Monti is unable to provide visa sponsorship for employment in the United States, requiring applicants to be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person
  • Inform customers about IT products and services
  • Walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process
  • Help with troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
  • Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members
